Movie Reviews ( Pacific Rim, Despicable Me 2 )

Just had a movie date with my friend few days ago, so I've decided to do a review of the movies I've watched the other day, before I forgot about it.

[ Pacific Rim ]

Pacific Rim was SUPER AWESOME. One of the best sci-fi action movies I've ever watched. "To fight monsters we created monsters". Its actually robots but whatever. The plot was really interesting, the action scenes was exciting, the actors were great. I cracked out at the part when the dude says 'We're cancelling the apocalypse!' ( You will know if you watched the trailer, that part was so memorable ) I was like, heyy its that line from the trailer! So, the movie was fantastic, I had a really great time, before i know it, two hours had passed and the movie ended. I would rate it 8.5/10, and for those who have not watched it yet, GO WATCH IT.

[ Despicable Me 2]

Despicable Me 2 is AWESOME. "When the world needed a hero, they called a villain". They called an ex-vilain actually , because the villain decided to quit being a villain and be a good father while running a production line of jams and jellies (though it taste horrible).  I like the second movie more, I think the plot is more interesting, and its funnier, or maybe because the second movies involves the minions more. I LOVE the minions by the way. Especially the one-eyed one, Stuart or Phil, I can't tell which is which. THEY. ARE. SO. ADORABLE. They're cute, they're funny, they're witty, I love the minions. I like Gru too, since he's also funny, and sarcastic(which makes him funny). And Agnes is such an adorable girl. The movie was great, I had a great time, and I would rate it as 8/10. Go watch it too if you haven't.

I can't compare Pacific Rim and Despicable Me 2, since they are very different from every aspect. I love them both and I don't want to choose between them. I don't want to give up minions for an awesome action scenes, but I don't want to give up an awesome action scene for minions either. One is an animation, and one is not, so, I'm not choosing, nobody needs to.

I didn't expect that to happen.

Both of them are not the main characters of the movie though, they are.

The brunette looks so like Rapunzel from Tangled. And I think Rapunzel looks really nice. Tangled was a really nice movie, and I hope this one is too. I might be too old for animations, BUT I JUST LOVE THEM. The people in animations looks so pretty and hot (even though they're not real but still) and some of the plots are quite interesting (not all of them, some, most of them), so, I love animations.
